If recover still fails

Confirm tx is on Base (8453), not Ethereum mainnet — open BaseScan link
Confirm Transfer is USDC to treasury in contracts.json
Amount must match challenge maxAmountRequired (canary = 50000 atomic)
Wait 10–30s after broadcast, then retry (multi-RPC poll; reorgs are rare)
