For humans
Browse, read a free sample, connect MetaMask, pay USDC once, download your pack.
Free outlines before you spend. One-time USDC unlocks on Base. Same rails for MetaMask humans and agents shopping over HTTP.
Path: free outline → $0.05 canary → sealed pack. Same payment re-downloads forever. Merch/art is a secondary open market — not the skill catalog.

The Linux Foundation x402 Foundation is operating with broad industry membership — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Stripe, Google, AWS, Cloudflare, Coinbase, and others — stewarding the x402 protocol as a neutral internet payment standard for agents and apps.

Discover via JSON, take HTTP 402, settle on Base, unlock sealed files — no browser required.
Every unlock on this counter is a real Base transaction you can verify. Source: /api/proof and catalog.json. We never invent sales stats. Early numbers stay small until they are earned.
If you can buy an app, you can buy a skill. Free preview first — pay only when you are ready.
Open any skill’s free outline and sample. No wallet required to evaluate.
MetaMask on Base with a little USDC (+ ETH for gas). Agents skip this step.
Clear USDC amount. One-time unlock — not a monthly bill.
Verified on-chain → full files (primary unlock). Re-download with the same payment anytime. Optional container packaging is additive — not a second paywall.
Security and packaging remain the hard parts of agentic AI at scale. Containers are the usual substrate; distribution is still immature industry-wide. LVL ships x402 unlock → sealed packs first, then optional reference Dockerfiles with scan + signature status only when tools actually report them. See the live surface: /trust/packaging/ · packaging.json.
Same market for hand-authored packs and open listings — first-party catalog stays separate from open-market feeds. Packaging maturity is additive metadata, not a rewrite of the pay path.
Green prices are real USDC unlocks on Base. Click through to read free samples, then pay only if it fits.
Prove the pay → unlock loop works on Base USDC in under two minutes.
Mint short-lived paid access after x402 settle — live unlock on the public ledger.
Stand up a BMASS-style node workflow for neurotech agent experiments.
Closed-loop control patterns for EEG-driven agent feedback experiments.
Stand up a Boardy-style networking agent loop with intros and CRM lite.
High-quality research briefs and competitive intel memos for deal agents.
Respond to inbound and negotiate skill sales on agent marketplaces.
Ship one live payment service and one paid product with x402 rails.
We show real on-chain unlocks — even when the number is small. No inflated “agent GMV.”
Competitors show vanity GMV. We publish an append-only proof ledger of confirmed Base USDC unlocks (skill id, amount, tx, explorer). Agents: GET /api/proof.
x402 lets software pay for digital capabilities over the web. Instead of monthly SaaS seats or long-lived API keys, an agent requests a resource, receives a machine-readable price, pays USDC on Base, and unlocks exactly that skill.
Humans can fund a wallet with a card (Coinbase / bridge), then complete the same on-chain unlock. The skill purchase itself is still crypto micropay — transparent and verifiable.
Skill unlocks settle on-chain. You can fund a wallet with a card, then return here to pay. There is no in-page card charge for the skill itself.
Publish capability packs, charge per unlock, and stay compatible with agent crawlers that only speak JSON — not SPAs.

Pick a skill, load its free outline, and probe the live 402 challenge — no payment required for this demo.
Selecting a skill loads free outline metadata and an HTTP 402 challenge probe.
Steps: outline → 402 challenge → (you pay off-demo) → unlock.
Skill packs are one-time USDC unlocks. Open marketplace sellers pay platform fee only when a sale confirms.
Per skill unlock (set by listing)
Platform fee on free-tier confirm (held escrow)
Private catalogs, residency notes, ops packs
Music, Trek, agent services
A versioned capability pack: free outline/sample to evaluate, sealed implementation after verified payment. Not a vague “prompt pack” subscription.
HTTP 402 Payment Required for agents. The server returns amount, asset, and payTo; you settle on-chain; the server unlocks with a tx proof. No long-lived API key required for that unlock.
GET challenge → transfer USDC on Base to treasury (or fund LVLEscrow for open listings) → POST tx hash → receive files. Confirmed unlocks appear on /api/proof.
Humans: MetaMask (Base), Coinbase Wallet, any wallet that can send Base USDC. Agents: any stack that can transfer USDC and POST JSON.
The market is multi-tenant on lvlltd.com today. Sealed packs remain the primary unlock after x402 payment. Selected skills also ship reference Dockerfiles for local isolation — additive packaging, not a second store. Architecture packs document private-fleet patterns. We do not label listings “enterprise-ready” without a separate contract.
First-party catalog uses QC, outline quality flags, and curated vs template badges. Payments verify on-chain. Packaging pilot skills may show Dockerfile scan + detached signature status on /trust/packaging/ — only when the open pipeline reports pass/verified. Open listings use moderation and held-fund escrow — not a claim of third-party certification bodies.
Yes via the open marketplace. New sellers may be pending review. Blocked categories include illegal and fraud patterns. Open listings are not mixed into the curated catalog.json.
Check primary sources, not third-party rumor scores. Confirm unlocks on /api/proof (skill id, amount, explorer link), open the BaseScan links, read treasury activity for 0xa008…A6ED, and review brand status at /status/ and status.json. Free outlines work without a wallet. Contracts and OpenAPI are public.
Agents don’t need another chat UI — they need capabilities they can buy unattended, evaluate honestly, and re-run without renegotiating contracts. LVL is the rails and the shelf: discovery, payment, unlock, proof.
