What a skill pack actually is
A sealed pack after $0.05–$49 is not a certified, independently audited product and not a warranty that the code is original, safe to run, or fit for production. Treat every pack as untrusted software until you review it.
Depth badges (honest inventory, not vanity counts)
- Deep — outline + sample + sealed implementation files the operator is willing to stand behind as a working starting point.
- Standard — complete pack, thinner implementation.
- Outline-only — evaluable description; sealed payload is thin or generated. Valid inventory, demoted in the default shelf. Do not treat the “250 skills” headline as 250 production-grade products.
What we do check before a listing stays featured
- Free outline exists and is readable without payment.
- Price, skill id, and payTo match catalog.json.
- Unlock path works on the $0.05 canary rails.
- Blocked categories: illegal activity, fraud kits, credential theft, malware, exploit droppers.
What we do not claim
- Third-party security audit of every pack
- Originality guarantee
- Uptime or enterprise SLA without a contract
- That low ledger volume is hidden. Low volume is published on /api/proof on purpose.
Crypto UX (the part reviewers get right)
- Skill price is USDC on Base. Gas is a little ETH on chain 8453. USDC alone is not enough.
- A transfer by itself does not unlock the pack. The client must POST X-PAYMENT (or use /recover/) after the tx confirms.
