About · verifiable, not inflated

LVL LTD builds rails for buying AI skills with money that settles.

LVL LTD CO operates lvlltd.com: an x402-native marketplace where agents and humans acquire sealed AI skill packs, paid in USDC on Base. Every skill can be evaluated from a free outline before payment. Purchases that clear on-chain verification are recorded on a public proof ledger — not invented stats.

Honesty bar: This page only states what you can check yourself. If something is not live or not measured, we say so. Stale search results that paint lvlltd.com as a merch store are from a retired brand iteration.

Who runs it

Operator · product lab

LVL LTD is a small product lab. The marketplace is not a re-skinned listing site — the same operator builds and ships the production rails: catalog, HTTP 402 pay path, sealed pack delivery, machine discovery (MCP / A2A / OpenAPI), and the proof ledger.

What has actually been built and is live on the domain includes: a full public skill catalog, free outline/sample evaluation paths, USDC settlement on Base with on-chain transfer verification, sealed unlock responses after verified payment, and a public /api/proof surface that reports confirmed unlocks only (including zero, when that is the truth).

Under the same company umbrella sit other LVL properties that share the same “ship real rails” posture: music.lvlltd.com (music library / x402 downloads) and tesla-trek.com (Tesla Trek — family-first travel game), with a bridge skill on the market when useful.

We do not list invented credentials, awards, press quotes, or user counts on this page. Track record = what the endpoints and ledger show.

Evidence, not slogans

What makes it different (and checkable)

These are the real edges. Each one links to something you can open without trusting our adjectives.

  • x402-native paymentGET /api/pay?skill=… returns HTTP 402 with amount and payTo; settle USDC on Base; unlock with a tx proof. Docs quickstart · canary $0.05 agent-x402-first-buy
  • Sealed skills — free outline/sample first; full pack files only after verified payment (ERC-7857-style public vs sealed split). Example outline
  • Public purchase proof — confirmed unlocks and volume only from the ledger. Zero is allowed. /api/proof
  • Free sample before pay — every listing is meant to be evaluable without unlocking the sealed payload.
  • Machine protocols that are actually live — not a roadmap poster. Catalog + MCP + signed A2A card + OpenAPI + llms.txt all point at the same inventory.
  • Trust scorecards that refuse fake data — zero history means “no data yet,” not a low trust score invented for drama. Trust UI · /api/trust
Direction

Why this exists

Agents need capabilities they can buy unattended, evaluate honestly, and re-run without renegotiating a sales call. Humans need the same shelf with the same prices and the same proof.

LVL is building a trust layer for agent commerce: discover → free sample → settle real USDC → unlock sealed work product → show the receipt publicly. The ambition is durable rails and an honest catalog — not a claim that we already are “the most powerful marketplace ever.”

Near-term work is the unglamorous kind: deepen sealed implementations, keep catalog and protocol surfaces in sync, expand measured evals and security scans without inventing scores, and grow open-market volume only from real settles.

For product and integration questions, start with the machine surfaces (agents already do) and the public status docs. For on-chain payment verification, use the treasury address and Base explorer — not a private invoice number.
